AFL Files For Preliminary Injunction Against Biden Administration’s Illegal Race Discrimination

AFL Continues Fight Against Race-Based Exclusion And The So-Called Equity Agenda

WASHINGTON, DC – AFL has filed a proposed class action lawsuit and a motion for a preliminary injunction on behalf of several restauranteurs in Texas and Pennsylvania who filed an application for COVID-19 restaurant relief, but whose applications were sent to the back of the line for access to a limited pool of money because they failed to satisfy the illegal scheme of race preferences, priorities, and exclusions established by the Biden Administration.

AFL President Stephen Miller issued the following statement:

“Our message to the Administration is clear: we will not relent in the fight against racial discrimination in America. We will not relent in the fight against Critical Race Theory and all of the dreadful policies it produces.  And we will not relent in the fight to uphold civil rights in America for all of our citizens. We will fight the destructive ‘equity’ agenda and defend the true principle of American law its adherents are seeking to erase: equal rights under the law”
