America First Legal (AFL) submitted FOIA requests to the Department of State seeking records related to Israel, Palestine, Gaza, Lebanon, and Iran from Secretary Antony Blinken, Victoria Nuland, and Hady Amr, as well as records of communications and calendar entries of senior Department of State officials, including Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
Action:
AFL sued the Department of State for failing to produce the responsive records requested.
