America First Legal (AFL) submitted FOIA requests to the Department of State, Department of the Interior (DOI), Secret Service (USSS), and Department of Justice (DOJ) seeking records related to the sabotage of the Watergate Complex, where Prime Minister Netanyahu stayed in advance of his address to Congress. These records would reveal how the Biden-Harris Administration failed to secure the Watergate Hotel and allowed for assaults against law enforcement and desecration of monuments in our nation’s capital.
Action:
AFL sued the Department of State, DOI, USSS, and DOJ for failing to produce the responsive records requested.
