The AFL press release details the previous legal proceedings where the lawsuit was ‘erroneously’ dismissed in February.”
“In the motion to reconsider, AFL and Paxton are arguing that the initial ‘opinion applied the wrong standard’ and ‘under the opinions articulated standard, the facts demonstrated that the Program led to increased CHNV nationals entering the United States.'”
