America First Legal (AFL) sent Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to the U.S. Department of State, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) following up on explosive testimony obtained by Chairman Jim Jordan of the House Judiciary Committee and Chairman Michael R. Turner of the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence linking the letter signed by fifty-one former intelligence officials claiming that the New York Post’s publication of damning emails taken from Hunter Biden’s laptop had “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation” to Secretary of State Antony Blinken and the 2020 Biden Campaign.
