This is AFL’s sixth release of documents from the CDC Censorship FOIA. They reveal how the White House and Intelligence Community turned their focus to the United States to censor American’s speech.

The CDC’s third interim production of documents made in response to AFL’s request for documents showing collusion with Big Tech to censor “misinformation” about COVID-19.

This is AFL’s second release of documents from the CDC censorship FOIA, obtained as a result of AFL’s lawsuit to enforce its document request.

This is AFL’s first release of documents from the CDC censorship FOIA, obtained as a result of AFL’s lawsuit to enforce its FOIA Request.  

Because CDC failed to respond to AFL’s request for documents, AFL sued CDC in federal court to enforce its rights and obtain documents.

CDC Denied AFL’s FOIA request, claiming it was too broad and unduly burdensome. AFL appealed these determinations.

In light of the Administration’s admission that they are “flagging” posts for social media companies to label as “misinformation” AFL requested documents related to this censorship and violation of the First Amendment.
