America First Legal (AFL) warns the Biden Administration that if it does not first obtain appropriate congressional approval for any efforts to strengthen the World Health Organization (WHO) at the expense of domestic law, AFL will take swift action to protect the rights and privileges of American citizens and the several states to stop the erosion of our nation’s sovereignty and independence from the WHO. Additionally, AFL filed Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Department of State (DOS) in order to open an investigation into who and/or what is driving the agenda to bolster the WHO.Documents:
