“The Office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (CRCL) located records that fall under the purview of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Accordingly, your request and pages of responsive records were referred to this office for processing and direct response to you.” Assigned Case # 2022-HQFO-01047.

DHS-CRCL referred one document to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), which assigned it ODNI Case DF-2022-00033 and determined that the document must be withheld in its entirety.

While processing AFL’s July 22, 2021 FOIA request, DHS referred one record to the DOJ-National Security Division (NSD). NSD received this referral on May 3, 2022 and assigned it NSD #22-205. NSD reviewed this record and released it in full.
