WASHINGTON, D.C. – This week, as part of its “Woke Wagon” project, America First Legal (AFL) filed 21 new Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to identify more of the political appointees installed across the federal bureaucracy to advance the Biden Administration’s radical agenda.
So far, the Woke Wagon includes resumes for more than 2,000 political appointees across the Biden administration and has generated significant media coverage of appointees at the Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services, among others. America First Legal Foundation will continue to update the Woke Wagon to ensure the American people know who is running the administration behind the scenes.
AFL sent FOIAs to the:

- Department of Homeland Security
- Small Business Administration
- Office of the Director of National Intelligence
- Department of the Interior, Office of the Solicitor
- Council on Environmental Quality
- Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
- Commodity Futures Trading Commission
- Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
- Federal Housing Finance Agency
- Federal Trade Commission
- General Services Administration
- National Aeronautics and Space Administration
- National Science Foundation
- Office of the Comptroller of the Currency
- Office of Management and Budget
- Office of Personnel Management
- Securities and Exchange Commission
- Social Security Administration
- United States Agency for International Development
AFL seeks resumes and basic records on political appointees, including names, titles, positions, salaries, ethics pledges, and more, to ensure that the American people can know exactly who is working behind the scenes. We will post all the records we received on our Woke Wagon database, launched in July 2022.
