AFL notified the EEOC that Activision has been running programs that illegally base employment opportunities on race, color, and sex, and has tied the compensation of its executives to the success of those discriminatory programs. At the same time, AFL put Activision’s Board of Directors on notice about the same programs; reminding them that pursuing these blatantly illegal policies puts corporate assets at risk and betrays their fiduciary duties to the shareholders.
