WASHINGTON, D.C. – Last week, in the wake of bombshell findings by the House Education and Workforce Committee after its year-long investigation into pro-Hamas incitement and lawlessness on U.S. college campuses, America First Legal (AFL) has filed a series of lawsuits:
- Against the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Attorney General Merrick Garland alleging that the Biden-Harris Administration has unlawfully failed to enforce the Foreign Agents Registration Act against Students for Justice in Palestine, American Muslims for Palestine, and other agents of Hamas;
- Against DOJ for failing to disclose records revealing whether political bias causes DOJ to ignore federal crimes committed by the pro-Hamas network, and against the Departments of State and Homeland Security for failing to disclose records revealing there is a stand-down order in place preventing the enforcement of laws relating to the ineligibility for admission to aliens who support terrorist organizations;
- Against the Departments of State, Justice, and the Interior, and the U.S. Secret Service for failing to disclose records revealing whether decisions by the Biden-Harris administration failed to secure the Watergate Hotel where Prime Minister Netanyahu stayed in advance of his address to Congress and allowed for assaults against law enforcement and discretion of monuments in DC; and
- Against the Department of State for failing to disclose calendar entries and communications of Secretary Binken, Suzy George, Tom Sullivan, Victoria Nuland, and Hady Amr relating to Israel and its neighbors in the region;
The evidence is that the Biden-Harris Administration, among others, has repeatedly turned a blind eye to criminal pro-Hamas activities and ignored patent immigration law violations by pro-Hamas aliens.
America First Legal will keep fighting to protect the rule of law and to expose the Biden-Harris Administration’s shameful appeasement of rabidly anti-American and anti-Semitic progressives.
