WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Friday, America First Legal (AFL) filed a preliminary injunction in its lawsuit against Pine-Richland School District regarding its radical and unconstitutional policy that keeps children’s gender ideology secret from parents and provides children with a secret “gender transition team” made up of school officials, including the school nurse, school psychologist, and principal, who will assist students in developing a plan to transition their gender.
Parents, not woke school bureaucrats, should have full control when it comes to raising their children and protecting them from the harmful social contagion fiction known as “gender transitioning.”
AFL is proud to file this preliminary injunction to stop the school district from any further indoctrination as the lawsuit proceeds in court.
