America First Legal (AFL) President Stephen Miller released the following statement in response to Joe Biden’s announcement on gun policies:

“The right to bear arms, and the right to self-defense, are fundamental and inalienable. If Joe Biden wants to reduce violent crime in America then he should prosecute more violent criminals and hire more police in crime-besieged communities. The answer to the menace of violent crime is to lock-up violent criminals not disarm their victims. Violent crime is rising in major cities because of progressive prosecutors who side with hardened criminals over cops. AFL stands ready to challenge any and all unconstitutional executive infringement on our Second Amendment Rights.”
