Loudoun parents sue school board for stopping public comments early

“The lawsuit was filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia by the conservative group America First Legal — founded by former Trump adviser Stephen Miller — on behalf of five parents. It alleges that the chair’s decision to end the public comment period violated the parents’right to free speech and that the board’s policies for decorum are ‘unconstitutionally vague restrictions of protected speech.'”
