America First Legal (AFL) filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) for records related to CISA’s Mis-, Dis-, and Malinformation (MDM) Team, and specifically records related to the suppression of Hunter Biden news stories ahead of the 2020 Election.
