America First Legal (AFL) filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Department of Justice (DOJ) seeking records on Department of Labor (DOL) audits of Microsoft's permanent labor certification program (PERM) applications for potential violations or abuses, as well as discrimination complaints from current or former Microsoft employees related to citizenship or national origin filed with the Civil Rights Division's Immigrant and Employee Rights Section (IER).
