The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has retrieved a significant number of documents considered to be of primary interest to the Department of State (the “Department”). The DOJ referred these documents to us for appropriate action. Upon review of the 29 documents, the Department has determined that 26 records may be released in full, and 3 records may be released in part pursuant to FOIA Exemption 6, 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(6).
