Program Mission
The mission of the AFL NextGeneration (NextGen) Fellowship is to cultivate a new group of conservative attorneys by equipping them with the skills necessary to advance an America First agenda in government. This program provides Washington, D.C.-based attorneys serving as political appointees in the federal government and select law students with the opportunity to engage in substantive legal training, connect with influential leaders, and build a strong professional network.
In-Person Events
The fellowship program will include three in-person seminar days in Washington, D.C. in April, July, and October. Attendance at all three events is mandatory to qualify as an AFL NextGen Fellow.Connecting with Experts
