Biden Administration’s radical Title X rule would endanger countless unborn lives
WASHINGTON, DC – Today, America First Legal submitted a comment to the Department of Health and Human Services objecting to the Biden Administration’s proposed radical abortion mandate. The rule would require all Title X programs to provide abortion referral services to their clients, in violation of law, and contrary to the beliefs of many providers of Title X programs across the country.
AFL President Stephen Miller issued the following statement:
“The Administration’s new proposed abortion regulation — which would require Title X providers to provide abortion referral services — is illegal. AFL has submitted a comment to this illegal pro-abortion regulation as part of our commitment to defending millions of defenseless unborn children in the womb, and upholding the sacred God-given rights of all Americans. We will pursue every available legal avenue to stop the Biden Administration from requiring Title X providers to provide referrals that result in the destruction of human life. This regulation must not stand.”
