America First Legal President Stephen Miller issued the following statement in regards to U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) release of enforcement numbers along our Southwest Border for April, 2021:
“The ever-growing flood on our Southwest Border is a humanitarian, public health, public safety and national security crisis. It is also the reason why America First Legal has joined with the State of Texas to sue the Biden Administration over its wantonly illegal Covid Catch-and-Release policies that violate federal law and their own pandemic rules. We are also working with a number of states on ongoing challenges to the Administration’s unconstitutional nullification of immigration enforcement through ICE memorandum. AFL will not rest in the fight to save America’s borders.”
