America First Legal (AFL) filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas to stop the Biden Administration from administering a program created by Congress in the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 that discriminates against American citizen farmers and ranchers based upon their race.

Acting as outside counsel for Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, America First Legal (AFL) announced its formal and official participation in filing a lawsuit against the Biden Administration. The lawsuit seeks to require the Biden Administration to abide by federal law and protect Americans from the COVID-19 threat at the Southern Border.
